Therapy Fees

  • Individual/Couples/Family Intake Session: $130

  • Individual Session: $100

  • Couples Session: $100

  • Family Session: $100

  • Telehealth Sessions: Same rate as above


Methods of Payment

I accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, FSA (Flexible Spending Account), and HSA (Health Savings Account). For in person sessions, I also accept cash and personal checks. Fees are due at the time of service and are made via the Simple Practice portal.



​I am able to work with you as an out-of-network provider for many different insurance plans. If you have questions about how to learn more about your out-of-network coverage, please contact me. I will gladly provide you will all necessary documentation to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.


You are required to provide 24 hours notice if for any reason you are not able to keep your scheduled appointment. Cancellation or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice results in a fee equivalent to the total amount of your visit ($130 for intake session, $100 for subsequent sessions). Insurance companies do not cover these fees. Payment is due at the time of the cancellation.


For initial appointments, please reach out to Lindan. For subsequent sessions, you may either schedule online at Simple Practice, or reach out to Lindan.

​Teletherapy sessions are conducted via the Simple Practice portal. If you do not have the technology to use telehealth, phone sessions may also be an option.
